~26" LCD HDTV Recommendation

I need a good recommendation for a good quality LCD HDTV that is between 24 and 30". It needs to have DVI/VGA in, HDMI, Component, TV tuner, you guys know the drill. Price range between 500-1000, but I'm looking for deals. Thanks.

I picked up that 37" Westy from Costco and a tuner on ebay for right around $1000, although that may be too big for your requirements.

I'm not sure if it's still on sale or not though.

If you can do 32" check out the Syntax Olevia 432V

Are Westinghouse's good? I mean I've never heard of them before and the only thing I associate with Westinghouse is electricity, not TVs. Same question to Olevia brand?

Westinghouse, Olevia and Vizio are all "off-brand" options that offer decent quality at lower prices than mainstream brands (such as Panasonic, Sony, etc.).

If budget is a concern, you'll certainly get more bang for your buck with one of these brands. There may be tradeoffs in terms of PQ and long term reliability, but your best bet is to read up on AVS Forum to learn what others' experiences are like.
