LC2600N. This is a great tv and has almost every connection available. I actually purchased it when it was $849 but I got the price adjustment after the price went down again. (BTW-JandR.com also fulfills purchases through Amazon so you may be able to get free shipping if you buy through Amazon.com-YMMV).
The HP website no longer has the LC2600N listed so I think its being discontinued. Its a great PC monitor and has optical out for those interested in CableCard.
I know the Syntax is much cheaper, but there's no rebate here, the speakers are detachable, has CableCard input and optical out- also built in ASTC and QAM tuners. For me, this was exactly what I was looking for.
FYI- the remote stinks and the stand is a bit chunky. The glass is the same as Sharp 5U I believe? So if you can't find a review for the HP, you can probably find one for the Sharp.
