256MB PC2700 DDR for $88 shipped from newegg.com

You could find Nanya 2700 for $70 + shipping on pricewatch
I wouldn't recommend OCZ products, their customer support is poor and half of their stuff didn't even work for me
Try Kingmax TRUE 2700 5ns for $87+10 shipping at kommax

btw, these ocz rams are o/ced to 2700

got mine last night, even came with the copper heat spreader. I took off the heat spreader and there were Nanya chips on it and according to Nanya's website ther the pc2700 variety. So i guess there not overclocked PUN. Still in stock at newegg.

Got mine running at 200fsb 400mhz ddr on a epox bda2+ p4 board. scoring over 3000 on sisoft. 2.9 volts Cas2. Took a chance on this memory and it paid off. I replaced my kingmax pc2700 with it.

tedinde: Were this is true, do you realize that you would be running your chips @ PC3300? Please cease and desist. The fabric of space-time is very fragile, and it cannot sustain the effects of daredevils like you.

Of course, no RAM is yet engineered to reach those speeds. The OCZ handpicked PC3000 with the pure copper heatsink is only able to reach 165 mhz @ CL2, 192 @ CL2.5, according to a ardOCP review.

Methinks you are mistaking a 100mhz FSB for the rated DDR speed rating of 200mhz.

Squalish2357, some Epox boards like the 8kha+ allow you to run mem at 3/4 FSB. (using SPD in bios).
I've had the cheap PC2700 from outpost running at 200MHz (400MHz DDR) fsb, with mem at 3/4 or 150MHz cas2.
Any decent memory, including good PC2100 should be able to do that.
With mem at 1:1, best I could do (stable) with my 1GHz T-Bird was 156MHz.
