128mb pc133 cas2 = $73.09

both are 7E chips

pretty good price for micron chips from Crucial (it was $186 for 256mb last week)

I already have 2 - 128MB CAS2 sticks from Crucial on my Asus CUSL2 running WinME/Win2K.

I am having trouble resisting this price for another 256MB, but is 512MB really needed?

I also have 256mb on my cusl2 and I think it runs perfect unless you are a programmer or video editor should you need an extra 256mb.

I'd probably save my$$$ to spend on DDR

I also will be saving my $$$ to spend on a DDR system. When I do so, I will have to go all the way with it, 1.2 GHz Thunderbird, 256 meg (min) of the 266DDR, next generation NVidia vid card, DVD, and a big 7200rpm IBM HD. Too bad this is gonna cost me ~1200-1400.
