LOL, the warranty will be over by the time the rebate is paid, if ever. Mach Speed has a horrible track record of paying rebates.

I used certified mail/return receipt for $50 in Mach Speed MP3 rebates since it's almost certain i'll have to make a TD rebate guarantee claim to get anything back. Good luck with eCost.

on the submission it gave a phone number, had to call a few times to check up but got the rebates.

This is a Mach Speed manufacturer's rebate, it's horrible no matter where you buy it.

$40 rebate never came back. i hate Mach Speed. the 128MB was faulty too.
