256MB CAS2 @ 100 or 128MB CAS3 @ 133

Hey guys, which will give me better performance? My choices right now are 256MB@100MHZ CAS2 or 128MB@133MHZ CAS3.
My setup:
AMD Duron 600@932
Abit KT7
9.1Gig ATA66 IBM
3dfx VElocity 100 (2nd TMU, + o'c to 166)
etc etc etc
 
well with lots of memory usage(like Deus Ex) the 256 megabyte cas2. with lower usage(like with quake3)the 128 mb pc-133.
 
Thanks, that was pretty much my thought...maybe it will help to know that I use about 60MB while just surfing w/netscape w/Windows and my background processes.
