I know the "vanilla" version aint top-of-the-line but i was wondering whether you could overclock it directly, or if you could overclock it with an external program. Thanks

You can use coolbits, Rivatuner, or ATITool to overclock the card. There are other utilities also but the names elude me right now.

I recommend using coolbits personally.

if its AGP you might be able to unlock it.

As far as I know both the AGP and PCI-E versions are unlockable. Unlock those extra pipes and shaders for Ultra speeds, but carefully watch the temps and make sure it is stable.
