sounds like generic memory, hop on over to pricewatch and u can find pc133 256mb generic ram for $47. I'll pass on this deal.

which memory was $50? I saw the 256MB PC133 stuff from Micron for $91, and the NEC for $69, but none for $50. is there a special coupon to be applied? otherwise you're better off with Crucial.

I agree with feji. You can get 256mb of generic ram for around $50 nowadays. See Upgradeplanet for another example. I don't know if I'd put this stuff in my computer. Not so bad if you're going to sell it, I guess.
