256 MB Crucial DDR for $35 after MIR at Best Buy

Just stopped by BB at lunch and was handed a 1 page advertising flier (looked like a national sale).

Only thing that caught my eye was Crucial 256 MB DDR PC2100 memory for $34.99 + tax after a $40 IR and either a $20 or $30 MIR. Can't remember the exact value of the MIR, but the net price was definitely $34.99.

Don't know if this was single day or through Saturday.

I called my local BB and the csr told me the price is still 99.99. Any suggestions?

This is a national ad I believe and the $59.99 and the $25 mailin rebate print out at the register. I bet the csr didn't check the price in the computer and just looked at the shelf tag.....

You're totally right. I called back and told the guy to scan it in and he said there was a 40 IR. I'm going to pickup my memory this afternoon.

Does anyone know what the 200238 and 200232 numbers are? (I assume they are year and week numbers of manufacturing) Do Micron and Crucial have different labeling?
The numbers on my chips are:

I looked for the most recent week since I thought it might be better after going through more refined manufacturing. So for Micron's week 38 the Crucials were week 32. I saw another Micron's label 200233 and Crucial's label 200233. Mic 200237 and Cruc 200232. The chip itself has a number like 0236 or 0238. I suppose that's the manufacturing date. Just to let you guys know this info might be helpful in picking out the newer chips.

Edit: I got it for $53.99 after $40 instant rebate and 10% for BB credit card. Plus there is a $25 rebate bringing it down to $28.99 + tax.
