Hi, building a system for myself, but still haven't decide how many ram to go with it...

don't know to go with RDRam or DDR333. 256 or 512

Definitely DDR 512mb.......Got some Corsair XMS PC3000 DDR 512mb...VERY sweet

Yes, it might be, but youll be able to reuse the DDR down the road..not sure if RDram will do the same..

DDR Definetly.....you will want to use it down the road. Any DDR with a CAS rating of 2.

ya, what i am thinking is DDR too... i need a good motherboard to go with it too...

actually i am not sure which rams are DDR333... PC2700 and up?

oh ya, Samsung PC3200 512mb, Corsair XMS PC3200 and Micron PC3200(not sure if this one is 3200 or 2700)..

which one is the "wise"?

i think they mean down the road as in later in the future type thing...

pc2700=333mhz ddr (166 normal)
pc3000=ddr370
pc3200=ddr400

corsair seems to perform/overclock most consistantly
however samsung is also a good company
micron usualy is

either one should be good (but wtih corsair you get the heat spreader, not really usefull unless at high volts but looks cool:))
