255 core 530 mem? good overclock on a ti500?

have to remember it is in a dell with normal dell cooling and it freezes in 3dmark 2k1 at 260 536 so i settled for this
 
I've seen a lot of standard Geforce3's go higher, especially in the memory department, with the factory heatsink.
 
For a Ti500? No.

For a vanilla GF3 (200/460) it would be. Mine did 240/540 with little effort, all stock cooling.

Nonetheless, it is plenty fast 😀
