250 Watts should be fine as long as you don't have an outrageous amount of equipment drawing off the supply.

Is it overclock? Look at my sig. I have it running off my 235W PS. I used to run it on an ANTEC 300W PS, but switch back to 235W. Have no problem with it. So might as well keep it where it is.
