250GB Partitioning recommendation wanted

Hi all.
Please recommend me how to go about partitioning a 250GB hardisk. Also mention the partition type (FAT32/NTFS etc.)

OSes to be used: WinXP and Win Vista.
HD will mainly contain Videos,games,programs (decreasing order of volume).

Don't partiontion it and use NTFS. I would buy a second HD too while your at it. They are cheap enough and it will allow you to put media and backups.
