2500K temps on water look alright?

Hey all, just got my water system put in yesterday and have been folding on it for about 13 hours or so. Thing is, 2 of my core temps (1,2) seem to not be much better than my air setup, while 0 and 4 are almost 8-12C cooler. According to RealTemp 3.70, the max temps are 54/60/60/55. CPUID Hardware monitor says 51/58/56/54. When I applied my MX-4, I did a vertical rice sized line. I just looked up the die shot of the 2500K and it looks like it's horizontal, not vertical like I thought. I'm wondering if I should reapply the TIM to try and bring those 2 middle cores down closer to the outer 2. On my 212+, my cores were right around 63 at full load.

Using a Raystorm block and D5 pump set on 2. Nexxos UT60 with XSPC fans pushing in from the top set at 1100RPM.

I also tested 50 minutes of Prime 95 small FFT's, realtemp max temps are 59/67/66/62 and HWM are 57/65/63/60. I dunno what is going on.
