2500K temperatures with NH-U12P SE

So I've just completed my setup, first time I install an aftermarket cooler and all that. The system runs fine and dandy (boy is the U12P silent!), but Prime95 makes me worried a bit...

After about 10 minutes, temperature across the four cores is around 55C in CoreTemp, while ambient temperature is 18-20C. I find this rather high, but I'm a little unsure about immediately removing and reapplying the paste - seems like it's a fairly long-winded process and I'm not sure I even have a good cleaner and cloth for it. Furthermore, I've heard that there's a certain "burn-in" period that could improve overall performance.

For reference, I've followed the built-in instructions from the Noctua as closely as possible.

Should I just go ahead and reapply the paste?

What speed/vcore ?

If you are not overclocked, it could be a bit on the high side for a high end after-market HSF ..

My Noctua U12 on my i7 970 at stock only hits full load mid 40s. It will idle in the low 20s.

But give it a few thermal cycles before removing and reapplying TMC.
