2500k load temp with stock cooler

Hey guys I am getting 72-69c running prime 95 or F@H. I am wondering if my stock heatsink sucks too much or if it is not seating flush with the cpu. If this is indeed how the stock heatsink performs for others should i be corned with running in the low 70's with a 2500k?
