I could boot at 2000Mhz, into windows and it worked fine. When I tried 3200+ speeds, it boots into the bios fine, but it won't boot into windows. I get a BSOD with an error. Also the temperatures are a little concerning, at 2000Mhz it's fine, but at 2200Mhz it's at 59C idle according to my BIOS. I'll keep working on this...

Man, idling at 59°C is WAY too high. Try taking the side off of your case, and put a floor fan blowing into it. High temps can cause BSOD's sometimes, but they're usually caused by not giving the cpu enough voltage. BUT, don't raise your vcore (proc. voltage) until you get those temps down, because raising vcore makes temps go up quite a bit. BTW, my XP2400 only runs around 43°C at 212.5fsb, with 1.8 vcore under 100% load, and idles at 36 or 37°C. Case airflow is very, very important, if you plan on air-cooling!
