250 power supply + amd 1ghz

Whats the power supply amount recommended for this? I looked at the AMD website and I couldn't find anything, does it matter if its only 250? or is 300 recommended?

I believe AMD's site says that you'll be okay with a 250 watt PS, but personally I would go with a nice 300 watt just to be on the safe side.

I think AMD's power supply qualification procedure must be pretty stringent. The 300W that I have, FSP300-60BT is only rated for 850MHz Tbirds and lower, but it will run my 1200MHz and I have 3 HD's, 2 CDROM's and 512MB RAM and a power hungery old gforce256. So you may be ok with a 250W.
