Front seat windows - 35%

$250 for a tint job is a rip off...

Ive had it done 4 times now and its never costed more than $150.

And thats for the good stuff with a lifetime warranty as well.

Ditto what he said. $250? Does the tint job come with a bottle of Vaseline? :Q

$175 to $200 is the going rate for a quality job in Dallas for a 4 door vehicle, add another $20 in you want the front visor strip

Anything less around here and you are asking for trouble. You might think you are saving money, but IF it bubbles up, especially on a rear defrosted window, you are screwed.

Good luck

Yeah, that's why I mentioned it. The name of the place was Phoenix Auto Repairs, or something to that effect. I have the business card at home. It's on Franklin Ave., like maybe 5 blocks south of Hempstead Tpke.

I guess the only complaint I have is that the guy used two pieces of film for the rear window. I didn't specifically ask for one, so I guess I can't complain too much. I've had it maybe 8 months now and it seems fine.

Phoenix basically just calls in this guy who solely does tinting for a living and Phoenix provides the space.

I hope you are female :p

I got mine nicely done for $99 (all windows 20% minus the strip on the windshield), lifetime warranty against fading and bubbles.
If you don't mind a trip to the Bronx, I recommend going to Webster Ave. (near GWB).

For a wagon, small SUV, it would probably be around $130 - $150.
The manager is very nice and reasonable.
