My NECs are something .294 and they're fine, though I can see screendoor if I sit closer than 2 feet away. I mentioned this in another thread but if you need the desk space, and your monitors are further back, then even .3xxmm isn't a bad idea.
 
I just got this monitor as well a couple days ago. Simply breath taking and also no dead pixels after all the monitor tests. Worth the money.
 
I just replaced my I-INC 25" with the 28" I-INC from CompUSA (TigerDirect) for $289.00. The 28" had a few dead pixels so I returned it and excanged for a second one. This one is good. No issues now with this monitor here.

my 24" has 3 stuck sub-pixels (when black, one pixel is shining red, another one in another spot is green, etc) which is not bad at all. I can't see them when it's actually displaying anything besides black, and when it is displaying black the pixel is too small for me to see anyhow.

In short, dead pixels are overrated.
