25 pin cable to 50 pin card adapter?

I have a scanner that uses a 25 pin SCSI cable and a SCSI card that has an external 50 pin connector. Does anyone have any recommendations on what adapter I should use and where I could buy one?

You should be able to find it at any place that sells Mac hardware. SCSI is widely used in by Apple
