the real story here is that these chicks are such run-through-the-mill a million times crack-whores that they are unwelcome at any of the real strip clubs and have to settle for working at these cut-rate rat holes filled with the trashiest of the trash customers that florida has to offer.

In Baltimore on what's known as "the block" the bar I've been to wasn't allowed to have topless lap dances for whatever reason. The bouncer would say a code word and all the strippers would have to put their tops back on. lol

In Tampa if you serve alcohol it has to be topless only. If you don't full nude is fine. (This may be why someone was arrested for serving drinks)
