Just tried to sign up and the deal isn't good for customers with AT&T digital service although they're supposedly working to support this later. Too bad, it was a good deal.

Mine went through fine. You do need to type your address, etc. exactly as it appears on your phone bill.

Other than that, no prob. We'll see if the GC comes.

Bump!

Yes, auto billing, but you can always cancel it. Sometimes ATT may charge you too much when you just join them, ohterwise it wouldn't be a problem.

I was, ahem, attempting to perform a test on the system. I already have online billing w them and I tried to re-sign up and it said it was unable to complete the request and gave me a number to call.

Just got a postcard from AT&T the other day about this "offer" for my long distance service. I can either sign up for the online billing and receive the $25 GC and $1 off my bill, or call a toll free number and have AT&T send me a separate paper bill, or let the billing stay with my local telco and have AT&T charge me $1.50 a month extra. I have been thinking about switching my LD carrier because AT&T customer service is going down hill every day(ever try to call and get a real person?) so I will probably go with the online bill for a few months to get the GC then swith to another LD carrier.
