Well from 1st day of Windows 10 usage I haven't seen any pop-ups informing me that there are updates available. I think the decided to update by himself 🙂
 
I just reenable the windows update service when I feel like actually dealing with windows updates. Which will be on my terms, and after performing a backup or at least not when I'm in the middle of important work.
 
People keep bringing up "important work." W10 will not force your computer to reboot while it's busy or being actively used.

Previous versions would, that'd be fun when my 12 hour transcodes have to be started over. It's not an issue with W10.

But I also actually do get around to finishing the updates in a reasonable amount of time, as opposed to waiting for Windows to force my hand.
