IIRC, the DR part keeps increasing every time you mount something.

I tend to use crystaldiskinfo, to check the status of the HD/SSD/flash drive.
 
This error is really common when using removable storage; though I would go into Computer Management > Disk Management and check the disk numbers to make sure that it's not pointing at fixed storage, just in case.
