If you turn your monitor off via the monitor power button (with the computer still on) and then turn it back on how long does it take for your USB devices (keybaord/mouse/etc) that are plugged into the monitor to start working again?

Strange. Mine take between 2 seconds and 20 seconds. Different each time.
