2400+ OC Is this good or great?

I can only OC by upping the muiltplier as my Dragon Ultra (KT333) has become a baby even when running at 140FSB. Perhaps it has something to do with such a high muiltipler?

Anyways, Right now Im running at 2.3GHz on 1.75volts. My temp under full load is anywhere from 28-32C.

Iv read a few post where people were having trouble getting to 2.2Ghz with this chip, am I just lucky and got a really good one or something?

It's above average... and I seriously doubt your temp under load is actually 28-32 C... in fact, I doubt it's even that low idle... the sensor isn't reporting the correct temps.
(Assuming you're not using water cooling or a peltier)

LOL... well that definately helps =)
Nice temps.
I've actually thought of moving my computer into the basement, and running a hose down into the sump where I'll have a resevoir... so the fluid in the cooling system is sitting in about 40 degree F water... should stay nice and cool that way =) Or... create a kind of "radiator" between a window and the screen and just loop it around in there to cool it down =) If I used some sort of coolant that wouldn't freeze, I wonder how low I could get the temperature of the coolant before having to worry about condensation inside the computer.

Well I have my resevoir and radiator outside and even last night when it dropped down to I think 30F my cpu temp was around 84F under full load. At idel it was about 77F.

I dont think you would have to worry about condensation at all since the waterblock isnt get as cold as 32F

I think I might have jumped the gun to soon. Been having a few lock ups at random times. Few times now Iv gone to access something on my IBM drive which is IDE3 and my whole computer will just lock up and the hd led on the case will just stay lit. Im not sure if this is because of my OC, the board, perhaps the HD since Iv had other problems with in the past.

I have my FSB at 133 and got my Muiltplier at 17 for 2.66GHz. For all I know its the MB not being able to handle the higher muiltplier right or its not changing it right to begine with. I dunno!

I suppose I could push the core voltage to 1.80 but that seems a little high for a 1.65V cpu.

Anyone got any ideas what might be going on?

2.5 Ghz is attainable with those. At least with watercooling. I can get 2.5 ghz out of my 1700+ but only if I have my fans @ max capacity and core voltage @ 1.9V actual. U could prolly get 2.5 or even 2.6 if you try hard enough. Though I dunno how good yoru mobo is.
