Well, I think that they capture the hot girl from last week and Jack discovers that Audrey was involved in something fishy. Also, Tony is really dead, you will see in the first few minutes.

S5E14 Spoiler - by Tanker

At CTU, the medical staff pulls a sheet over Tony?s dead body.

Collette leaves to go meet with Bierko. Soon after, Jack arrives, looking for Collette, but he finds Theo Stoller. While Jack holds him at gunpoint, Theo reveals that he is a German intelligence agent, which CTU confirms. The two talk business. Theo agrees to aid Jack in detaining Collette, but Jack must give Theo some info in exchange. Jack agrees.

Jack and Theo head to the airport, where Collette is supposed to be. Curtis and the field ops agents arrest her. She is taken towards an awaiting transport vehicle, but before she enters it, Theo has some words with her. Jack gives Theo the info he requested, and Theo leaves.

At Logan?s ranch, martial law is declared. Martha and Mike Novick do what they can to prevent its implementation.

At the airport, Collette is being questioned. She gives up an address for Beirko.

Theo Stoller calls his government from his car to let them know he has the info. He?s about to upload the memory card that Jack gave him?but it explodes!

At Logan?s ranch, Aaron Pierce receives a phone call from Wayne Palmer. Wayne tells Aaron he found something that Aaron needs to see. Aaron tells him to come to Logan?s ranch, where he will meet him at the perimeter. Wayne tries to get there but is detained due to martial law. He finally gets permission from a reluctant Hal Gardener to gain access to the grounds.

Bierko is planning his next attack, and he delivers a stunner when he says the next attack will kill 200,000 people.

As Wayne continues driving to the ranch, his car is attacked by the terrorists. He falls off a cliff and plummets to the ground.

Back at the airport, Collette is still being questioned. She gives Jack the name of the woman who sold her schematics on a chip. It is Audrey.

I think it was Wayne holding a sniper rifle saying drop it and that does look like Pierce. Hopefully that means Wayne manages to get out of the situation alive.
 
I find it kind of hard to believe that a van full of people can catch up and overtake a Mercedes 😉

But does anyone have any info on the next episode aside from what we know already. I seriously find it hard to believe that Audrey would be involved.
