24" monitor

Hi guys I was wondering if yal could help me with a cheap 24" monitor with hdmi and ability to listen to audio with headphones

I was looking into this but found it has ghosting issues

It is well reviewed at its price point and for $129 I don't think you'll find better in a 24" display.
