As the many fans of this board know, 24 starts on FOX in little more than a week. Gotta love the 4-hour, 2-night premier every January! So, to get in the mood, I figured I'd link to this site that I found recently while looking for a new ringtone.

A whole suite of 24 ringtones.

There are a few different sounds on there, not just the regular stereotypical 24 ringtone. I recommend the CTU24.aac by John Ellis if your phone supports aac, as it sounds good and is a very, very small file.

For those of you who dis the show for being unrealistic, just remember this:

JACK BAUER IS A GOD!

Once you accept that fact, everything else makes sense. It's why he can hack government systems with any cell phone (even the bad guys cell phone who he just killed!), and why he can shoot a guy in the face with a pistol from 100 yards away while driving a getaway car. Hell, he's even been killed twice, and he always comes back for the next season! Only a true deity can do that!

If Jack Bauer gets captured, it's usually because he got bored and thought that he needed more of a challenge. Getting loose and then fighting a dozen terrorists with his bare hands to escape is amusing to him. 🙂
