24" HP LP2465

Am looking for more information about the HP LP2465. I guess it's a brand new monitor since I can't seem to find any online reviews. I also couldn't find it on the US website.

In Switzerland the LP2465 has got the same list price as the L2335 (CHF 1,599.00 which is about USD 1225.00) which makes me wonder which is best since the LP2465 got better specs (500 vs 250 nits; 1000:1 vs 500:1 contrast; 6 ms vs 16 ms refresh response time, etc.). Maybe it is that the latest LCD technology got cheaper but I am just wondering if I am missing something here.

Specs look about the same as the 2407FWP.

Hard to say if its better, as the 2335 seemed to be reviewed higher than the 2405 and I think some people are claiming the new 2407 might be using a worse panel (switch from PVA to IPS or something).
 
yeah those specs definately do sound similar to the 2407WFP.. dont know anything about IQ of the panel but @ 6ms i must say im not expecting much in the way of colours, unfortunately. however with technology improving who knows.
