24 hour fitness

my aunt is involved with breast canser fund raising here in the bayarea,,,and she tells me that................................this comming sat and sunday,,,you can ride a stationary bike for 1 hour at any 24 hour fitness center nation wide ,and they will donate 30 dollars to fight breast canser

Sounds like a good cause. Too bad there isn't a 24 hour fitness center nearby.

Yep, the signs have been all over the fitness bikes for the past month or two promoting this event. Nice idea....I hate the stationary bikes though.

do you have to be a member? do you have to sign up for a time slot or are there just going to be lines of people waiting? Is 24 hour fitness really going to pay the $$$?
