24 hour disconnect problem with new router TEW-812DRU ?

Have a little problem here with a new router. I m connected through Ethernet to the router and get disconnects every 24 hours. Only 2 - 3 seconds but it is bugging the crap outta me.

I purchased a new router because the old one couldn't got my 1gig Internet Connection the new router does it fine. But i have now a 24 hour disconnect and couldn't really find anything about it online.

Does anybody have an idea ?

Two big possibilities that I can see:

1) Delay in DHCP renewal. (However, it is supposed to be attempted to be renew at the HALFWAY point of the lease expiration, if I'm not mistaken.)

2) daily auto-reboot of the router. Possibly some of the newer routers are implementing this.
