My guess would be he just picked the house at the end of his block, but we'll know for sure if he complains about being inundated with porn ads in his mail in a few weeks :D

I dunno... I think biking with a suit on will be pretty bad...

Walking in DC in the summertime in a suit will be pretty bad.

Haha, yeah, here in D.C. people jump to the road as soon as they get a chance. I may as well do the same. I guess I should also mention that I walk 5 blocks from the parking lot to the office in around 2 minutes.

I'd leave home around 7:15 am and head back around 7:30pm. You really think it will be that bad at that time?

Who the hell wears a suit to work?

I carry my clothes, business casual, in a backpack and shower at work when I get there. Of course, I have to ride home in my stinky but dry bike clothes in the afternoon though.

So you walk 1/2 mile in 2 minutes? That's quite impressive.

Yes, you need a motorcycle endorsement to ride a scooter. Unless it's one of those tiny mini-scooters, which kind of slip between the cracks of current laws.

Or you could ride one of these for the humor factor.

I walk exactly 0.5 miles to work in the mornings, and it takes me about 10-15 minutes. If I walk too fast I start to sweat as it's ~90F in the morning, and I don't get a lot of circulation in my dress clothes.

No way would I walk 2 miles to work. I'd ride a bike.
