Yes that's correct, if you did that graphic, nice job, although the (NB) should be (PCH) since there is no longer a NB on Intel chipsets for the last few gens.
All the native chipset Asus and Gigabyte boards from what I have seen use the x8/x8 (@3.0) + x4 (@2.0) format and most of the MSI and Asrock boards use x8/x4/x4 (@3.0) format.
A few key indicators for that last spot are PCIe 2.0 vs. PCIe 3.0, if you see it is PCIe 2.0 x4 for the 3rd x16 slot, the 1st two slots are almost always going to be x8/x8 (3.0). Another good indicator is 2-way vs. 3-way CrossFireX support. x8/x4/x4 3.0 supports 3-way CrossFireX, but x8/x8 3.0 + x4 2.0 does not. All Z87 boards that don't have PCIe switches are going to be limited to 2-way SLI.
