Instead of buying a TV, I've decided to move my loveseat into my office. I've put it in a place where I can turn the 23" 1080p monitor on my desk around and recline about 5' away from the screen. I have M-Audio speakers, so the sound is decent. I watched NBC Sunday Night Football two days ago and it was pretty nice. I can use my computer for all types of TV and can forgo cable tv.
I'm trying to decide between a PS3 or an 360 and would like to know if the PS3's Blue Ray player would be noticeable over regular dvds, and therefore an advantage of the PS3. I know that BR usually is only noticeable on bigger hdtvs, but I'm wondering if sitting so close will make this an exception to the rule.
