It seems to be a keyword used by spammers to sell registry cleaners, virus scanners, driver updaters, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, etc.

Other than for spamming, I dont know what else that file is for.

Am I being watched by The New Scottland Yard? D:

Out of an abundance of caution I uninstalled Java a while back. The files run from 02/10/2012 until 03/11/2012 and are in the system32\wdi directory. MSE did keep finding Java exploits and a WIN32 trojan.
