That system may be running a 221 FBS but the 3/4 divider only reduces the memory bus to 166 and with a 1/4 PCI/AGP divider means they are running 41/82MHz which means good luck with many PCI cards and USB. The system is also taking a big hit by running the memory asynchronous to the FBS (notice no Sandra benchmarks). I'd be willing to bet his performance would be better running 166/166. Ahhh, the things some idiots do to get some press.
