2200ma battery charger question

Hi guys,

I've got an Optex nimh battery charger. It came with 4 AA 2200ma batteries. I'm wondering if it will charge batteries of a higher amperage. I was thinking about buying some more for a vegas trip 🙂 The charger itself says nothing about what amperages it supports, but the model number is such: NM2200AA4C. This might be because it came with the 4 batteries, but *shrug*. This stuff is obviously not my specialty. What says ATOT?

I charge all different ma-rated batteries in my Maha charger. 🙂

it will take longer to charge .. because its got more mA, but it will charge it.

To be safe, I wouldn't charge batteries of different capacities simultaneously, but it's probably possible.
