2200bg connection slows to a crawl, then speeds back up

Like I said in the other thread, it's your card. You'll probably need to get another manufacturers card or try their new 2915abg adapter.

No. I've had a 2200BG since October, and have never had any problems on B or G networks. I'm writing this through my 2200BG and a Netgear WGR614NA.

It's probably the power management on the card working, similiar to SpeedStep. Increase transmit power for card settings to Maximum to eliminate many problems that occur with this technology. One of the biggest being issues with Linksys 802.11g products.

Ok I took the card off auto power management. Power was already set at 100%. I'll see what happens this week.
