Yes, but only if they are spinners, the extra momentum can help the Double Vanos keep it's harmonic balance and probably adds 20whp...at least.

22s only work on like 1980s era full sized cars, like caprices or a grand marquis. If you put them on a car less than 20 years old, the car usually explodes.

Up to 100whp total if you add completely out-of-place decals and at least two ridiculously huge subwoofers. The rest of the 400whp boost comes from the addition of a body kit, giant sheetmetal spoiler, and 4-5" tail pipe.

My mistake, I thought I read it was a E46 M3 when I said no, so yeah if not go right ahead they will fit.

just cut the shocks, that way u can go lower...

make sure u get negative offset tho, thats pretty cool

also get a camber kit and run as much camber as u can, only toe kills the tires rly

I guess one would fit in the trunk.

Probably not with the HK amp/sub at the back...a pain in the ass with luggage! But it makes the car sound soooooo much better.

I decided not to do it because it was going to be too expensive for the upgrade. It's a 2004 325xi but I'm upgrading soon to a silver 2006 M3 SMG with paddles which I'll keep completely stock. I can't wait because this will be my first REAL car, which is really my second vehicle I'll own in my life. I'm thoroughly convinced that BMW makes the best cars in the reasonable price ranges.

Interesting. Ok, what is a better car in the sub $50,000 range assuming these criteria?

1. Coupe
2. Handling
3. Acceleration and top speed
4. Engine sound
5. European designed interiors
6. Made in Germany
7. Name brand recognition and resale value
8. Parts and service availability
9. Starts with a B and and with a W

That's right, I thought so.
