22.80 Det Drivers for XP - Any Good

I was just over at Guru3d and saw that there were some new drivers (22.80). Any one used these yet? Have they taken steps to improve some of the problem people have been having with 3d support under XP with nvidia graphics cards. I have been having random freezing and rebooting of my computer during 3d gaming since I upgraded to XP.
