21st Century Auto Insurance

I'm looking into car insurance right now and i'm checking out this company. My friend has it and his is pretty cheap, and the initial quote they have given me looks way better than what i'm paying now.

Anyone have any good/bad remarks about them?

I do. I have had no problems. Then again no claims either. I got it because I was with them under my parents and so I just kept them. I don't think they are cheap at all but I am too lazy to do research to change to another provider. And while this might seem silly, I think there is some reward or benefits to staying with a provider (loyalty) rather than switching every year because another company is a little cheaper.

I asked for an online quote, but the Geico was better.

Well, my current insurance company wants $9xx for my premium for 6 months, 21st wants less than $550

I had them when my car got stolen and they did a pretty good job of giving me equal value after they totaled it. They didn't do such a good job when I got hit by a drunk driver though, but it wasn't terrible.
