This freaking sucks, i hopefully can sell for 30k more as i may be the only house move in ready!

Move in ready doesn't equal a 30% premium over market value. Sorry. When i sold my house, buyers were up in arms about a 1% price differential.

Hope you manage to sell your place though.

I wasn't really raped. People had been living here as kids and bought back in as adults.

Florida opened it's immigration doors to Haitians. We have no HOA and a very active Haiti community nearby. So they all flocked here living in a 3 bed / 2 bath house with 4+ families.

Meanwhile the other trash decided they can get away with parking commercial vehicles on their property and in vacant houses.

Fortunately at least my block is nice.
