You could set the RAM to run at a percentage of the FSB if you want to. What mobo? Download the manual and scope out the options, it's almost always in there unless it's a non-tweakable board period
For instance, I could try for 11 x 200 = 2200MHz on a 2500+, but first set the memory bus to run at 66% of the FSB. Tada, PC2100 memory right at PC2100 speed. Now, will it
perform well, that's the question... my guess is it won't.
