21" monitor, opinions on these...

I would personally go w/ the Viewsonic as I in general do not like Diamondtron screens. Either is nice though.

PC World recently gave the Optiquest Q115 a "Best Buy" rating (but why they did that is a complete mystery to me).

EDIT: Do you mean that you don't like any monitor that uses a Diamondtron tube?

In my experience (albeit limited) they are not as good and don't last as long as Sony's AG, but they are cheaper. You decide We use several diamondtrons at work and they are nice but I can tell the difference b/w them and the sony. The colors don't seem quite as crisp.

a shop here sells a mag 21" for $260. that any good? it works fine.

Windogg, I agree. I have a CM823F-B and love it. But it is about $300 more than the Q115.
