20x4 lcd

Hey guys, i am getting a new case. Planning to put a 20x4 lcd in the font door. i looked ebay nothing there. So hope you guys can help me to find a good place to buy.

Just make sure when you buy your lcd dont just look at the dimensions of the screen itself and it if it fits, also look at the dimensions of the pcboard it is mounted on, some are so big and bulky it mite not be easy to use as a front panel lcd. Good luck, also mite check Eio.com for some cheap stuff. I suggest you get a HD44780 or a HD44780 compatible controled lcd so you can just wire it parallel, or if u wanna be a wuss get the predone serial ones Good luck.

If you looked at chiwawa's link, it has a 20x4 LCD display that's backlit.

Maybe you should try searching a little yourself, too.

i did search at yahoo. Chiwawa's link i have looked too those cost too much looking for somthing under 20

Anyway if i got the lcd have nothing to connect with. So here is a deal if any of you can get me a 20x4 lcd that is really to plug in to the computer.(that means all cable are connected and also the lcd must have backlit) i will send you a phillips Cd-rw 8x4x32 Or pny 128mb ram pc 133.
