Yes.

Samsung, although from what I know the production of 20nm DRAM started last year but they aren't available for retail channel & perhaps only the server market is using these 20nm modules so far.

Good luck finding them, they are all branded as crucial ballistix ram, that's pretty much all that is in stock anywhere.

So you're saying that the new(er) ballistix from crucial are actually rebranded Samsung 20nm RAM ? Cool if that's what you meant.
