20GB digital audio player round-up

I'm in the market for a 20GB DAP. What do YOU think are the best players in terms of performance (battery life, audio quality, etc...), features (FM radio, voice recorder, etc...) and cost. I would love to have a iAudio X5 20GB or the IPOD 20GB (not really since it doesn't have radio & WMA support), but they're in the $300 range. These are what I've searched from google and on AT. Personally, I am looking for something that's not too larger than the IPOD 20GB (it's the benchmark size), with FM Radio, and plays WMA (that elliminates the IPOD since I've a large collection of WMA and would really hate to convert to AAC). I don't care much for those secured format audio since I only listen to my native language songs.

Zen Touch 20GB
Zen Sleek 20GB (not yet released in US)
Zen NX 20GB
iAudio X5 20GB
Iriver H10 20GB
Ipod 20GB 4th Gen (whatever is the latest revision)
Dell DJ 20GB (whatever is the latest revision)
....

feel free to add more and maybe a link to it. Tell what you like and don't like about it.

I went from an iPod 20GB 4th gen to an Iaudio X5 20GB and I have no regrets. Fantastic audio quality, built in FM and voice recording, and it acts just like an external harddrive when plugged in.

Seriously, I was as big of an ipod fanboy as they come, but I love my iaudio X5 to death. It is sweet, and I got mine from ecost.com for about $270 awhile back.

Stay away from the Zen Touch, it sucks, unless you don't care that it is freakin huge.

x5, or, alternatively, a rio karma. a little short on features by today's standards, but the price can't be beat, and as far as a DAP that plays music and plays it well, the karma is one of the greats

edit: no fm radio though.

OMG IPOD FTW!!!

If you don't mind spending a little more, and getting a slightly chunkier player, the X5 is just fine, I did read something bad about it in some review (really credible, eh?) but seriously, there was this one thing that was pissing reviewers off, I'd look it up.

still looking. probably leaning toward the Zen Sleek or the iAudio X5 but the X5 is about $50 more. Which of the players (not just those two) support a FM transmitter that's similar to the Ipod's XtremeMac AirPlay (or the Monster iCarPlay Wireless Plus using the player's own power rather the transmitter needing a battery.

None, AFAIK, only the iPod has FM transmitters like that

One of the best things about the Ipod is accessories. I love that plug-in FM transmitter without needing a bulky one with its own battery. It comes in handy in the car where people from the backseat can select whatever songs they want.

I've read on misticriver that people have been having problems with their Iriver H10's, but I've had one for three months or so and I have got to say its been perfect, if not exceeding expectations. I use Yahoo Unlimited, so if you're going to use a subscription service, you need to alter your list to reflect only those that are compatible. Of course, if you don't want that option, than don't worry about it. Yes, that really was obvious.
