Where the hell can I find one that is
White
A name brand (not a white box thing from Amazon)
Not ridiculously priced

I have a kitchen outlet that while still working needs replacement. Almond plug just doesn’t vibe with the white subway tile backsplash I installed.
I’d like to have a USB port on the outlet to add convenience because this is where we charge our stuff and not have to deal with unplugging coffee maker or electric kettle all the f-ing time.
Outlet is in kitchen, close to the sink & stove

Bonus points issued if it is commercial grade or supports fast charging. I hate child proof plugs.

Upon further inspection seems all of them require deep boxes which I am not going to change to.
I wonder why adding some USB ports and maybe a chip require a outlet to be longer?

Can you use a different outlet in your kitchen that doesn't have to be GFCI (i.e. already tied into a separate GFCI outlet or on a GFCI breaker)? Here's one without GFCI; I have this but in the 15A option and it works well - supports fast-charging through the USB C port.

Here's a teardown of a similar one. Basically, (safely) stepping down from 115V -> 5V requires transformer, large capacitors and AC components, and some room for heat dissipation.

Good suggestion my problem is I have two outlets that are equally good to charge at and both are an arms distance from the sink. I’d love a usb equipped outlet just seems atm it is adding complexity I do not want to deal with.
I was assuming there would be a standard depth 20a Gfci protected outlet with a USB port that isn’t looking likely atm.

If you can only find what you want in Almond, get a can of white spray paint.

I've even seen Decora style outlets wallpapered to match.
